These terms govern your use of Diving Hub. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you’re using Diving Hub on behalf of a dive center, you confirm you’re authorised to do so.

Using the service

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You’re responsible for the content you post — profiles, job listings and messages — and you must have the right to share it.
• You must be legally able to work in the roles or locations you pursue.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Diving Hub to post misleading listings, harass others, scrape the platform, or do anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that breach these terms.

Jobs and hiring

Diving Hub is a platform that connects divers and centers. We don’t employ divers, guarantee placements, or vet every listing. Any hiring relationship and its terms are strictly between the diver and the center.

Plans and payments

Diving Hub is free for divers. Dive centers may subscribe to paid plans; the applicable features and pricing are described on the pricing page.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Diving Hub isn’t liable for losses arising from your use of the platform or any hiring decisions made through it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
